WHO WERE YOU BEFORE THE WORLD TOLD YOU WHO TO BE?

A Journey Back To Self

Why I Created This

I started writing these stories for my sons.

Then I realized I wasn't the only person who had forgotten parts of themselves.

This is not self-help.

It is self-remembrance.

If you're listening in, welcome.

You Saw Dad… But You Never Really Saw Kyle

For the first time, I began telling my sons the truth about my life.

A Letter From Kyle

A personal message, not a pitch.

For most of my life, I built businesses.

I learned how to survive. How to produce. How to provide. How to win.

But somewhere along the journey, I began asking a deeper question: what happens when success still leaves parts of you forgotten?

I Re-Member Me was born from that question. Not as a brand. Not as a marketing strategy. But as a journey back to self.

This platform is not about pretending to have all the answers. It is about documenting the process of remembering who we were before the world told us who we had to become.

I built this first for my sons, Jordan and Joshua. But over time, I realized many of us are searching for the same thing: clarity, identity, purpose, peace, truth.

My spirituality is no longer private decoration. It is part of the healing, the perspective, and the way I choose to lead.

If you have ever felt disconnected from yourself, welcome to the journey.

- Kyle Von Stearns

Cinematic still from the journey

"Success is surviving the death of the person you were never born to be."

The Journey

Not business. Not services. A return to self.

I Re-Member Me is a memoir, media platform, and transformational movement centered on one idea: many of us have spent our lives becoming who the world needed us to be while slowly forgetting who we truly are.

Through storytelling, conversations, videos, reflections, and community, this journey explores identity, reinvention, purpose, family, success, spirituality, and self-awareness.

This is not about perfection. It is about remembering.

01

Identity

Remembering who you were before survival became your personality.

02

Transformation

Not perfection, but honest becoming through truth, discipline, and surrender.

03

Memoir

A living record of family, faith, purpose, and the long road back to self.

Who Is This Man?

Not a character. A real life in progress.

The site is not designed around a title. It is built around a life: husband, father, storyteller, Washington DC roots, discipline, setbacks, and the decision to live fully aligned with truth.

The Husband & Father

Building first for Jordan and Joshua so they inherit clarity, not confusion.

The Storyteller

Speaking from lived experience, not theory. Choosing honesty over performance.

The Builder From DC

Turning pain, memory, and purpose into a movement that outlives one season and speaks to the next generation.

Legacy in Action

A Legacy Beyond Success

2026 Parent of the Year AwardYoung Doctors Project

At IREMEMBERME.ORG, we often talk about remembrance, identity, and purpose.

For Kyle and Dione Stearns, those principles were not simply taught, they were lived.

In June 2026, the Young Doctors Project honored the Stearns Family with its prestigious Parent of the Year Award, recognizing decades of sacrifice, encouragement, mentorship, and unwavering belief in the potential of young people.

Their oldest son, Dr. Jordan Douglas Von Stearns, became the first physician in the family and now serves as a resident physician at Mass General Brigham / Harvard Medical School.

While the achievement is significant, the deeper lesson is universal:

When we invest in people, we change generations.

That belief sits at the heart of the I Re-Member Me movement.
